Sidney Hanstein, our Managing Principal and Founder, is an entrepreneurial leader with diversified experience in providing Human Resources services to both large companies and small to mid-size organizations.
His special expertise is outsourced HR services including payroll, performance management and brain preference profiling. Sidney works closely with organisations to develop customised strategies and programs aimed at promoting a dynamic and highly productive employee-employer work environment.
He has produced results for some large clients including AfricaOnline Namibia, MultiChoice Namibia, Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM) and others.
